These terms cover the AxiomZero site and the Foundry purchase.
paid access
The Foundry is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Access stays on until it is revoked: a refund ends it, and a bank dispute locks it.
Checkout runs on Whop, from our site, not inside any app store. We never see your card.
refunds
Refunds follow the checkout that took the payment. If you bought inside the App Store, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides, we cannot issue that refund, and if Apple grants it we turn off the paid feature for that purchase.
If you bought on our site through Whop, email the payment id within 14 days. We refund in full if the paid action was never used, or if the product failed.
After you have used it, we refund only the unused part of a bundle, or nothing, except when we broke it.
The Foundry fee is refunded only if no shop has claimed the job. Once a shop has started, that fee is earned.
A bank dispute locks access until the dispute closes.
We do not store card numbers. Prices and refunds are handled on the payment record, not in the app.
Casting kits are refundable only if unopened and unused, because the wax pattern and the investment mold are consumed in burnout. A kit damaged in transit is handled through the dispute process.
